The Bushcraft Company 

'Senior Activity Instructor – ‘Camp Leader’ 

This role involves management of a team of Tribe Leaders and Field Cook, as well as the day-to-day responsibilities of running an inspiring residential camp, you will be looking after your camp through facilitating activities for students during their stay with us. We will teach you all you need, then you will ensure our high standards, quality, pastoral care, safeguarding, health and safety are maintained throughout. This role requires enthusiasm, passion, and to lead by example as you will be a role model for young people, ensuring they leave camp with positive memories that will last them a lifetime.

  • Full Training provided for all roles, no bushcraft experience required

  • No uniform charges

  • Free pitch sites available on our staff camps for the full season 

  • Good opportunities for progression in to other season and full-time roles

£115.00 Per Day (Freelance)

Locations available: Blenheim Palace, Boughton Woods, Castle Howard, Cholmondeley Castle, Cornbury Park, Cuffley Camp, Knebworth House, Penshurst Place and West Dean College

Ultimate Survival

 

Are you looking for season employment over the Holidays? 
 

Ultimate Survival are looking for enthusiastic outdoor education practitioners, seeking a fun and varied role during the holidays.

Our Ultimate Survival programmes are fun and adventurous outdoor holiday activity camps which will see children aged 7 to 14 years fully immersed in the natural environment, trying new outdoor activities and making new friends! 

You will be expected to guide groups of children through outdoor activities, with emphasis on fun, excitement, teamwork, and skill development. With a pastoral role, being the group leader and key contact for children on Camp, taking a lead in ensuring their welfare and providing high quality care.

Roles available through May Half Term and Summer Holidays.   

Survival Instructor

Salary: up to £465 per week plus holiday pay!

Survival Leader  

Salary: up to £530 per week plus holiday pay!

 

Tented accommodation available onsite or near each venue for all staff members at NO ADDITIONAL COST!
